The ornamental design for a construction conduit unit, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of a construction conduit unit showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front view of the construction conduit unit, the left side view being the mirror image thereof;

FIG. 3 is a rear view of the construction conduit unit, the right side view being the mirror image thereof;

FIG. 4 is a top view of the construction conduit unit; and,

FIG. 5 is a bottom view of the construction conduit unit.

The broken lines shown in FIG. 5 illustrate portions of the construction conduit unit that form no part of the claimed design.
