We claim the ornamental design for a playground climbing structure, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a playground climbing structure according to our new design;

FIG. 2 is a side elevation view thereof, the side view from opposing and orthogonal perspectives are identical to the view of FIG. 2;

FIG. 3 is top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof.
