I claim the ornamental design for the frosting bulb, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a top perspective view of the frosting bulb, showing my new design.

FIG. 2 is a front side view of the frosting bulb, the back, left side, and right side views being identical.

FIG. 3 is a top view of the frosting bulb; and,

FIG. 4 is a bottom view of the frosting bulb.

A tip of the frosting bulb is illustrated in phantom and forms no part of the claimed invention.
