I claim the ornamental design for the gas diffusion apparatus, as illustrated and described.

FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of a gas diffusion apparatus of the present disclosure;

FIG. 2 is a front view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a left side view thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is a right side view thereof. ps Any dashed lines in the drawings depict portions of the gas diffusion apparatus that form no part of the claimed design.

The gas diffusion apparatus is illustrated with symbolic break lines. The appearance of any portion of the article between the break lines forms no part of the claimed design.
