The ornamental design for an adjustable bed, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of an adjustable bed in accordance with the present invention with the head board in a lowered position;

FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the adjustable bed of FIG. 1 with the head board in a raised position; and,

FIG. 3 is an additional perspective view of the adjustable bed of FIGS. 1 and 2 with the head board in the raised position.
