FIG. 3 is a second side view of the fastener shown in FIG. 1 with the fastener rotated 90 degrees about its longitudinal axis as compared to FIG. 2.

FIG. 4 is a third side view of the fastener shown in FIG. 1 with the fastener rotated 90 degrees about its longitudinal axis as compared to FIG. 3.
