I claim the ornamental design for a necktie, as shown and described herein.

FIG. 1 is a front view of a necktie according to the new design, with an exploded and enlarged partial view showing a pattern that repeats uniformly across the indicated surfaces.

FIG. 2 is a back view of the necktie according to the new design. The end of the back tail is shown with broken lines arranged in a reverse “D” shape, illustrating stitching.

FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the bottom portion of the necktie according to the new design, showing the bottom edge of the necktie. The edges of the right and left sides of the necktie have the same thickness as is shown in this view. The drawing is shown in partial view for completeness of illustration; and,

FIG. 4 is a perspective view of the top portion of the necktie in an unclasped position, according to the new design. The drawing is shown in partial view for completeness of illustration.

The broken lines shown are included for the purpose of illustrating a neck strap and fastener for the necktie and forms no part of the claim.
