The ornamental design for a camouflage shirt, as shown and described.

The sole FIGURE is a front plan view of the camouflage shirt showing my new design; the rear plan view being identical.

The design consists of the appearance and shape of the front and rear of the camouflage shirt in a flat plane with no depth or contour.
