I claim the ornamental design for a flagstick reflector module, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a first perspective view of a flagstick reflector module embodying the new design.

FIG. 2 is a first side view of the flagstick reflector module embodying the new design.

FIG. 3 is a second side view of the flagstick reflector module embodying the new design.

FIG. 4 is a third side view of the flagstick reflector module embodying the new design.
