FIG. 7 is a bottom view thereof.

The broken lines shown in the figures illustrate portions of the cellular phone that form no part of the claimed design. The solid line with the broken line immediately inside thereof in FIG. 3 forms a boundary of the claimed design wherein the surfaces within the solid line boundary form no part of the claimed design.
