I claim the ornamental design for a padded vest, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a front view of an article of padded clothing in the form of a vest; and,

FIG. 2 is a rear view of an article of padded clothing in the form of a vest.

The dashed lines on the front pockets represent stitching and form a part of the claim.

The padded vest includes a mesh material and has a conventional thickness, and front padding and rear padding of the padded vest are partially visible through the mesh material of the front and rear portions of the padded vest shown in the respective front and rear views of FIGS. 1 and 2.
