The portion of the ladder cord rails shown in broken lines in FIGS. 1-4 and 6 are environment included to show the housing for tilt mechanism in a position of use and form no part of the claimed design. The broken lines and the area within broken lines in FIG. 3 depict environment and form no part of the claimed design.
