FIG. 6 is a top plan view of FIG. 2;

FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view of FIG. 2;

FIG. 8 is an exploded top perspective view of FIG. 1;

FIG. 9 is an exploded bottom perspective view thereof, illustrated with the cap in an extended position for clarity of illustration; and,

FIG. 10 is a cross-sectional view of FIG. 8, taken along line 10-10.

In the drawings, the broken lines shown in FIGS. 8 and 10 indicate the boundaries of the enlarged portions of the design.
