A front view of the surgical instrument end portion is omitted as it forms no part of the claimed design, and front perspective views are shown in FIGS. 5 and 6.

A bottom view of the surgical instrument end portion is omitted as the bottom view forms no part of the claimed design and bottom perspective views are shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, and in the exemplary environment illustrated in FIG. 11.

The shade lines in the Figures show contour and not surface ornamentation.
