FIG. 3 is a left side view thereof, the left side view being a mirror image of the right side view;

FIG. 6 is a top perspective view thereof.

The broken lines are included for the purpose of illustrating the portions of the hoop toy that form no part of the claimed design.

We claim the ornamental design for a hoop toy, as shown and described.
