The ornamental design for a circular lighting fixture, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the circular lighting fixture showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view thereof, the rear elevational view being a mirror image;

FIG. 4 is a right side elevational view thereof, the left side being a mirror image; and,

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof.

The broken lines in the drawings are included for the purpose of illustrating portions of the article that form no part of the claimed design.
