FIG. 4 is a rear view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a right side view thereof;

FIG. 6 is an enlarged fragmentary view of FIG. 2; and,

FIG. 7 is an enlarged fragmentary view of FIG. 3.

The top view and the bottom view are the same as the front view.
