The broken line showing of the outermost rectangle in the drawings depicts environmental subject matter and forms no part of the claimed design. The remaining broken lines, specifically all of the text, numbers, and percentage symbol on each figure forms no part of the claimed design.

The appearance of the transitional image sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 1-6. The process or period in which one image transitions to another forms no part of the claimed design.

We claim the ornamental design for a display screen with an animated graphical user interface, as shown and described.
