Rear-worn waist pillow

The ornamental design for a rear-worn waist pillow, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a top view of the rear-worn waist pillow, the bottom view is a mirror image thereof.

FIG. 2 is a back view of the rear-worn waist pillow, with the straps in an alternate position of use.

FIG. 3 is a front view thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is a left or right side view thereof, the right side is a mirror image thereof.
