I claim the ornamental design for a baby evacuation stretcher, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a top perspective view of a baby evacuation stretcher in a tensioned and operative configuration.

FIG. 2 is a side elevation view of the baby evacuation stretcher of FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 3 is a top perspective view of the baby evacuation stretcher of FIG. 1 in a flat and relaxed configuration with the dashed securement straps of FIG. 1 removed.

In FIGS. 1-3, the dashed lines showing a plurality of babies secured in the baby evacuation stretcher and a plurality of securement straps illustrate an environment of use that forms no part of the claimed design.
