FIG. 4 is a front view of the prescription label of FIGS. 1-3 in a fully unfolded orientation;

FIG. 5 is a rear view of the prescription label of FIG. 4.

FIG. 6 is a top view of the prescription label of FIG. 4.

FIG. 7 is a bottom view of the prescription label of FIG. 4.

FIG. 8 is a left end view of the prescription label of FIG. 4; and,

FIG. 9 is a right end view of the prescription label of FIG. 4.

The broken line showing the container in FIGS. 1-3 illustrates environment and form no part of the claimed design. The broken lines on the prescription label is for illustrating portions of the article that form no part of the claimed design.
