The appearance of the transitional image in the third embodiment sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 2 and 4. The appearance of the transitional image in the fourth embodiment sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 2 and 5. The appearance of the transitional image in the fifth embodiment sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 3 and 6.
