The ornamental design for a bottom of a fan housing for a ceiling fan, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a bottom of a fan housing in the environment of an exemplary ceiling fan.

FIG. 2 is a bottom perspective view of the bottom of the fan housing.

FIG. 3 is a front view of the bottom of the fan housing with the back view being a mirror image thereof.

FIG. 4 is a left side view of the bottom of the fan housing with the right side view being a mirror image thereof.

FIG. 5 is a bottom view of the bottom of the fan housing; and,

FIG. 6 is a top view of the bottom of the fan housing.

The broken lines in the drawings depict a ceiling fan in FIG. 1 and parts of the bottom of a fan housing for a ceiling fan in FIGS. 1 through 6 form no part of the claimed design.
