FIG. 1 is a front view of a first image in a sequence for a display screen or portion thereof with a graphical user interface, showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a front view of a second image in the sequence therefor; and,

FIG. 3 is a front view of a third image in the sequence therefor.

The drawings illustrate transitional images of a graphical user interface displayed on a display screen.

The appearance of the transitional images sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 1-3 such that the image in FIG. 2 includes a portion of the image of FIG. 1 that is partially zoomed in therefrom and such that the image in FIG. 3 includes a portion of the image of FIG. 2 that is further zoomed in therefrom. The process or period in which one image transitions to another image forms no part of the claimed design.

The outer-most broken lines, illustrating the boundary of a display screen, form no part of the claimed design. The remaining broken lines, illustrating portions of the graphical user interface, form no part of the claimed design.
