The appearance of the graphical user interface of the display screen or portion thereof sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 1-3. The process or period in which the graphical user interface transitions forms no part of the claimed design.

The outermost broken lines in all figures illustrate a display screen or portion thereof. The remaining broken lines, including the dashed broken lines in all figures, and the lighter dashed broken lines and dotted broken lines appearing within the three equally sized rectangles in FIGS. 2 and 3, illustrate portions of the graphical user interface. None of the broken lines form part of the claimed design.
