FIG. 6 is a top plan view thereof, shown in a smaller scale; and,

FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view thereof, shown in a smaller scale.

The broken lines shown in the figures are for the purposes of illustrating portions of the tool holder and form no part of the claimed designed.
