The back view, right side view and left side view of the floating matter remover is symmetrical to (i.e. same as) the front view shown in FIG. 1.

The broken lines in the drawings illustrate portions of the floating matter remover that form no part of the claimed design. The dash-dot broken lines in FIG. 5 and FIG. 10 illustrate unclaimed environment.

An ornamental design for a floating matter remover, as shown and described.
