We claim the ornamental design for a folding knife, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a folding knife according to an embodiment of the invention.

FIG. 2 is a left side elevation view of the folding knife shown in FIG. 1.

FIG. 3 is a right side elevation view of the folding knife shown in FIG. 1.

FIG. 4 is a top plan view of the folding knife shown in FIG. 1.

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view of the folding knife shown in FIG. 1.

FIG. 6 is a front elevation view of the folding knife shown in FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 7 is a rear elevation view of the folding knife shown in FIG. 1.

The broken lines depict portions of the folding knife in which the design is embodied that are not considered part of the claimed design. For example, the asterisk-like elements on the sides of the handle are a result of drawing a grip pattern in broken lines. These asterisk-like elements are not part of the claimed design. The broken lines having unequal line segments illustrate boundaries of the claimed design.
