FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 8 is an exemplary perspective view of the animal waste collecting tool, shown in use.

The broken lines and unshaded portions contained within broken lines at the handle end of the tool depict exemplary elements of the tool that are shown for illustrative purposes only and that form no part of the claimed design. The illustrative broken line showing of a bag in FIG. 8 depicts an exemplary component which might be used in conjunction with the animal waste collecting tool and forms no part of the claimed design.
