I claim the ornamental design for a chair cover, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a rear perspective view of a chair cover showing my new design.

FIG. 2 is a front perspective view thereof.

FIG. 3 is another front perspective view thereof.

FIG. 4 is another rear perspective view thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is a side perspective view thereof.

The broken lines depicting chairs in FIGS. 1, 2, and 5 represent unclaimed environmental structure. The broken line rectangles on the surface of the chair cover in FIGS. 1-4 represent unclaimed portions of the chair cover.
