The ornamental design for a tufted clothing hanger, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is an isometric view of a tufted clothing hanger showing my new design.

FIG. 2 is a front elevation view thereof.

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view thereof, the top plan view being a mirror image; and,

FIG. 4 is a side elevation view thereof.

The features shown in broken lines depict environmental structure only and form no part of the claimed design.

The nature and intended use of the article in which the design is embodied is a clothing hanger. The clothing hanger includes a tufted surface with hangers attached thereto hanging clothing.
