The claimed bib with adhesive neckline is used for the collection of liquids, semi-solid and/or solid materials during the application or removal of makeup; keeping wipes, tissues, napkins or any other personal hygiene supplies in an internal pocket that can be folded to a front side according to the user's convenience.
