I claim the ornamental design for a combination gas cooker and fryer, as shown.

FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of the combination gas cooker and fryer of the invention.

FIG. 2 is a right side perspective view of the combination gas cooker and fryer of the invention.

FIG. 3 is a top plan view of the combination gas cooker and fryer of the invention.
