The ornamental design for a radially expandable hose assembly, as shown and described.

FIG. 4 is a top perspective view of the radially expandable hose assembly in a radially expanded state;

FIG. 5 is a bottom perspective view as shown in FIG. 2 in the expanded state; and,

FIG. 6 is a side perspective view as shown in FIG. 3 in the expanded state.
