The ornamental design for a radially expandable hose assembly, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a top perspective view of a radially expandable hose assembly in a contracted state;

FIG. 2 is a bottom perspective view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a side perspective view thereof, with the other side view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 4 is a top perspective view of the radially expandable hose assembly in a radially expanded state;

FIG. 5 is a bottom perspective view as shown in FIG. 2 in the expanded state; and,

FIG. 6 is a side perspective view as shown in FIG. 3 in the expanded state.

The broken lines present are for environment only and form no part of the claimed design. The hose assembly is shown with a symbolic break in its length. The appearance of any portion of the article between the break lines forms no part of the claimed design.
