FIG. 9 is a front view of the portable electronic device in which a graphical user interface is provided in dot-dot-dash broken lines to illustrate an example environment; and,

FIG. 10 is a front view of the portable electronic device with the front display in an alternate position in which a graphical user interface is provided in dot-dot-dash broken lines to illustrate an example environment.

The short dash-dash broken line in the figures shows portions of the portable electronic device and the dot-dot-dash broken line showing of the graphical user interface in FIGS. 9 and 10 is for the purpose of illustrating environmental structure; the broken lines form no part of the claimed design.

We claim the ornamental design for a portable electronic device, as shown and described.
