FIG. 3 is an exploded view of the bag of FIG. 1, showing the black inner bag and the white outer bag.

Where a broken line box is indicated, material inside the box is part of the claimed design. The bracket showing broken away portions in FIGS. 1-3 illustrate the bag has no specific length.
