FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of a first embodiment of a shoe upper showing our new design;
FIG. 2 is a side view thereof;
FIG. 3 is a rear perspective view thereof; and,
FIG. 4 is a side view of a second embodiment of a shoe upper showing our new design, wherein the second embodiment is identical to the first embodiment except that portions of a translucent overlay depicted in FIG. 4 are also claimed, and wherein the translucent overlay is in front of and adjacent to the claimed subject matter of the first embodiment as further understood in the other figures filed with this application.
The broken lines immediately adjacent to the shaded area define the bounds of the claimed design and form no part thereof. The nine unshaded areas within the shaded area that are demarcated by solid lines form no part of the claimed design. The difference in line weights in FIG. 4 represents the claimed translucent overlay being in front of and adjacent to the remainder of the claimed design. The broken lines showing the remainder of the shoe represent unclaimed subject matter and form no part of the claimed design.
