FIG. 5 is a top elevational view thereof, the bottom elevational view being identical;

FIG. 6 is a right elevational view thereof, the left elevational view being identical;

FIG. 7 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 8 is a top sectional view taken generally about line 8-8 in FIG. 7; and,

FIG. 9 is a right sectional view taken generally about line 9-9 in FIG. 7.
