FIG. 4 is a front view of the die shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, wherein the visible side includes five grooves;

FIG. 5 is a bottom view of the die shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, wherein the visible side includes four grooves;

FIG. 6 is a rear view of the die shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, wherein the visible side includes three grooves;

FIG. 7 is a right side view of the die shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, wherein the visible side includes two grooves; and
