The ornamental design for a vest for securing intravenous tubes on a patient, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the vest worn by a patient with the patient shown in broken lines, and the vest shown partially disassembled, and with intravenous lines attached to a patient and passing through a sleeve of the vest also shown in broken lines, and with the broken lines extending along the sleeve indicating stitching.

FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the vest worn by a patient with a sleeve thereof oriented in a different direction than FIG. 1, and with the patient and tubes shown in broken lines, and with the broken lines extending along the sleeve indicating stitching.

FIG. 3 is a partially exploded view of the vest viewed from the front thereof, and with the broken lines extending along the vest indicating stitching.

FIG. 4 is a front perspective view of the vest fully assembled, and with the broken lines extending along the vest indicating stitching.

FIG. 5 is a back perspective view of the vest worn by a patient showing the vest partially open at a hook and loop fastening section, and with the broken lines extending along the vest indicating stitching.

FIG. 6 is a perspective view from the back of the vest with the straps normally secured thereon through a hook and loop fastener, and shown unattached, with a back flap shown partially unassembled, and with a folded sleeve shown unattached at one end of the vest, and with the broken lines extending along the vest and sleeve indicating stitching.
