FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof, displaying the pockets on the front of the device;

FIG. 5 is a right side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 8 is a top, front perspective view shown in an open position.

The broken lines in the figures are for the purposes of illustrating portions of the combined waste receptacle and safety device that form no part of the claimed design. The cross-hatching shading in the figures is fragmentarily shown for convenience of illustration, it being understood that the cross-hatching shading is uniformly continued over the surfaces on which it appears.
