The ornamental design for a belt with vibrating modules to stimulate the diaphragm, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a top perspective view showing a belt with vibrating modules to stimulate the diaphragm. The broken lines indicating a strap to secure the belt are used to illustrate environment and form no part of the claimed design.
