We claim the ornamental design for a bag holder, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the bag holder showing the new design;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a left side plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a right side plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is an illustration of the bag holder in use.

The bottom view is reflective of the top view and not illustrated.
