The appearance of the transitional graphical user interface sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 1-2 and FIGS. 3-4. The process or period in which one image transitions to another forms no part of the claimed design. The broken line showing of the text, the remainder of the user interface, and of the device is for environmental purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.

We claim the ornamental design for a display screen, or portion thereof, with a transitional user interface search component, as shown and described.
