FIG. 5 is a right elevational view of the design of FIG. 1;

FIG. 6 is a left elevational view of the design of FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 7 is a top view of the design of FIG. 1, where the bottom view is a mirror image thereof.

The broken lines shown in the figures are directed to the environment and are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed bone wedge implant design.
