The ornamental design for a roadside hazard flag, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a front view of a roadside hazard flag showing my new design, the border extending around the perimeter of the body portion of the flag being reflective material;

FIG. 2 is a back view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a left side perspective view thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is a right side perspective view thereof.

The broken lines in the drawings depict stitching that form a part of the claimed design.
