FIG. 1 is a front side perspective view of the magnetic flashlight with the top portion magnetically connected to the bottom portion, showing my new design;

FIG. 5 is a right side view thereof;

FIG. 6 is an exploded front view thereof with the top portion removed from the bottom portion;

FIG. 7 is a top view of the top portion thereof;

FIG. 8 is a bottom view of the top portion thereof;

FIG. 9 is a top view of the bottom portion thereof; and,

FIG. 10 is a bottom view of the bottom portion of the magnetic flashlight.
