FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of a shoe upper showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a top view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a side view thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is an opposite side view thereof.

The broken lines surrounding the photographic area define the bounds of the claimed design and form no part thereof. The broken lines showing the remainder of the shoe represent environment that forms no part of the claimed design.
