We claim the ornamental design for a dog carrier for use with a bicycle, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the dog carrier for use with a bicycle in accordance with the present design.

FIG. 2 is a front view of the dog carrier for use with a bicycle in accordance with the present design.

FIG. 3 is a rear view of the dog carrier for use with a bicycle in accordance with the present design.

FIG. 4 is a right side view of the dog carrier for use with a bicycle in accordance with the present design.

FIG. 5 is a left side view of the dog carrier for use with a bicycle in accordance with the present design.

FIG. 6 is a top view of the dog carrier for use with a bicycle in accordance with the present design.

FIG. 7 is a bottom view of the dog carrier for use with a bicycle in accordance with the present design; and,

FIG. 8 is an environmental view of the dog carrier for use with a bicycle when used with a bicycle in accordance with the present design.

The broken lines illustrate portions of the dog carrier for use with a bicycle that form no part of the ornamental design.
