FIG. 2 is a perspective view thereof, shown in an unused condition;

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof.

The broken lines showing portions of the attachable shoe in FIG. 1 are for the purpose of illustrating environmental structure only and do not form part of the claimed design.
